Focused on quality, ATS instituted an internal watch dog system and multi-check violation review process to ensure error-free functionality and service. Our quality assurance teams comprise more than 15 percent of ATS resources and are dedicated to monitoring quality and increasing efficiency and effectiveness. We have more dedicated quality assurance employees than the entire employee count of many other vendors in our industry.
