Operations Business Analyst

Job Overview
We are currently hiring an Operations Business Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ. This position will require a detail oriented, problem solving process analysis with research experience. This position reports within the Operations Group and works with all operational functional areas. This person will be required to understand the requirements of every functional area within operations, in order to make strong improvement suggestions. This position will report to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with all functional operations leaders to identify business process and owners
  • Using Microsoft Visio, map business processes and suggest options for improvement
  • Using Microsoft Word and Publisher, create presentations and reports that present facts and metrics in a conscience dashboard format
  • Using Excel, create layouts of operations reports
  • Support testing opportunities for system releases and changes
  • Write weekly status reports from data collected from leadership team
  • Monitor key metrics each day, escalating dashboard yellow/caution status for action software

  • Business oriented, having a good understanding of basic business principals and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to change rapidly and often with an open mind
  • Professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups of people are important
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, Publisher and PowerPoint software

Experience Required

  • Resource management or basic analyst experience preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a call center or processing center
  • Hands on experience with application software

Work Environment

  • Office environment relocating to Scottsdale Road at the Airpark. Job does not require significant travel. Tasks will generally be completed sitting at a desk in the office working closely with other people
