Violation Processor - 2nd shift Job Description

American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is a Scottsdale, Arizona-based technology and services company offering business solutions to support the growing worldwide requirements of our customers in the traffic and transportation management industry.

Job Overview
We currently have open positions in our Mesa/Scottsdale Violation Processing Center. This position will include the handling of in-bound calls, violation processing, as well as clerical and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

The individual will:

• Process red light and speed violations, using web based tools.
• The successful candidate would be responsible for taking inbound customer calls.
• Open, scan and process inbound customer correspondence (i.e. returned mail, affidavits, transfer of liabilities, etc.).
• Other office/clerical duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• 2+ years experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including inbound mail processing, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties.
• 6 months customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Bi-Lingual preferred, but not required.

Core Competencies
Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer. Enters lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic into computer or completes forms which appear on computer screen. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proof read new entries in database for accuracy. May utilize document scanners. Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May keep record of work completed.

Work Environment
Our office is currently located in Mesa, AZ; however, the Processing Center will relocate to Scottsdale later this year. Job requires no travel. Tasks will generally be completed sitting at a desk and using web based computer processing application.

Compensation
Hourly with health care benefits and 401K, MSA, DCSA.
Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
