Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Job Overview

ATS is looking for an Marketing / Proposal Coordinator / Writer who will work for the Marketing Manager. The Proposal Coordinator works with department and field staff in the collaboration and development of proposals and marketing collateral used to promote the company’s services to clients and prospects.  This position requires an individual with excellent written communication and organizational skills to coordinate the development and production of new business RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/proposals.  Responsibilities of this position include responding to multiple proposal requests, coordinating and monitoring internal resources, and presentation production (including synthesis of both writing and graphics elements), production and complete documentation of the proposal process.  Your proactive nature, ability to solve problems, eye for detail and strong communications skills both written and oral make you an excellent candidate for this position.

Responsibilities

	Analyzing and logging in Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and other solicitations to determine appropriate response formats and timeframes.
	Consistently communicating with Business Development personnel and Company Principals on the proposal team regarding format, approach, status and deadlines.
	Development and production of templates, RFP responses and proposals
	Retrieve boilerplate and previous proposal narrative
	Editing, formatting, and production of sales presentations and proposals
	Compiling and reworking operational information, individual qualifications and corporate background sections to meet specific RFP requirements.
	Develop and maintain the RFP Knowledgebase to ensure current and accurate information.
	Coordinating all related proposal workflow including writers’ assignments, review cycles, version control, processing support and adherence to proposal schedule.
	Producing complete documentation and RFP submissions for distribution.
	Administrative support to Marketing and Sales as required.

Experience Required:

	Bachelors Degree in Marketing, English, Business or related field preferred.
	Minimum of 3 years experience; or any combination of education and/or experience that would provide an equivalent background in proposal production
	Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
	Excellent writing and editing skills
	Excellent interpersonal skills
	Thorough understanding of office automation software
	Must be able to work on multiple projects and complete high quality work against strict and conflicting deadlines which are dictated by prospects
	Excellent computer (Microsoft Office) skills are essential, particularly extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word
	A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism is essential

Office environment in the Scottsdale Airpark area. Tasks will generally be completed sitting at a desk using a computer, working closely with other people.
