Customer Services Representative (For Talent Pool Only)

Job Overview

We are currently hiring positions in our Violation Processing Center.  This position will include call center duties as well as clerical and data entry tasks related to inbound customer correspondence.

Responsibilities

	Process violation images
	Answer calls from violation notice recipients
	Provide general program information
	Open, scan and process inbound customer correspondence
	Issue pre written outbound response letters
	Work with the software development team to report user identified bugs
	General office administrative duties, and other duties as assigned

Experience Required

	3+ years experience in an inbound call center environment and dealing with customers
	3+ years experience with Windows operating systems and applications like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
	3+ years experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including inbound mail processing, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties

Core Competencies

	Handles inbound and outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
	Handles inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity which are primarily routine or basic in nature. Follows basic procedures and scripts.
	Requires fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services and products.
	Responsibilities may include answering customer questions, explaining available services, correcting errors, and providing general program information.
	Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer. Enters lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic into computer or completes forms which appear on computer screen. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proof read new entries in database for accuracy.
	Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.  Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data.
	May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.  May keep record of work completed.

Work Environment

New office space in downtown Mesa, AZ.  Job requires no travel.  Tasks will generally be completed sitting at a desk and using web based computer processing application.
