Image Review Specialist

Job Overview

We currently have open positions in our Tempe office for an Image Review Specialist.  This position will report directly to the Image Quality Supervisor and will handle daily photographic review of both still and video images. 

Responsibilities

	Complete specialized review of existing photo-enforced locations, including still images and video (pre and post process)
	Provide corrective action either through a web based repair program or through direct communication
	Help monitor trouble tickets to ensure repairs and maintenance is completed
	Understand work flows between various technical groups
	The individual will continually ensure captured images are the highest quality
	The individual will be required to identify photographic image issues as a first level function
	Customer service:  The individual will be required to interact in a professional and team-based manner with various members of other support groups
	Understand processing rules of violations and help ensure help systems are up to date

Core Competencies

	Basic understanding of photographic principles is helpful
	Ability to work independently, once direction is provided
	Good communication skills (verbal and written)
	Ability to read and act upon large volume of email and prioritize tasks when directed
	Good PC skills using multiple applications (windows) simultaneously helpful

Experience Required

	Candidate must have meet QA scores and have proven attention to detail experience
	Candidate must have proven customer service and team oriented responsibilities and experience
	Candidate must have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
	At least 6 months of violation processing experience

Work Environment

Tasks will generally be completed sitting at a desk and using web based computer processing application
