James D. Tuton, President / CEO (co-founder): James has been creating and operating businesses in the road safety camera and electronic toll enforcement industry for more than 25 years. In 1987, he pioneered the road safety camera business in the U.S. James leads the executive team and is focused on ensuring that ATS remains a leading technology-enabled traffic safety, compliance and mobility solutions company driven by passionate people in an innovative environment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, New York.
Adam E. Tuton, Executive Vice President (co-founder)/ President-State and Local Government Solutions: Adam has worked in the road safety camera industry since 1992. His successful track record includes the implementation of programs in 21 states and several foreign countries. Adam, who previously held the COO role from 2003 – 2011, has been a driving force behind much of the technology developed by ATS since inception. Adam is currently the leader of the State and Local Government Solutions division of ATS. Adam spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand prior to joining ATS and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
Adam Draizin, Executive Vice President / President-Fleet Services: Adam, who joined ATS in 2004, is responsible for driving business strategy, growth and profitability in the Fleet Services Division. Adam served as ATS’ CFO from 2004 – 2010. Adam is the former CEO of RAD Energy Corporation, a $350 million revenue fuels distributor in metropolitan New York. Adam holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Heather Zorge, Chief Financial Officer: Heather has over 14 years international finance, accounting and audit experience. She is the former Chief Accounting Officer for Petroplus Holdings AG, which was listed on the Swiss stock exchange and was Europe’s largest independent refining company generating $28 billion in annual revenues, based in Zug, Switzerland. Prior to working for Petroplus she worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Arizona and Virginia focusing on large SEC audits and Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance. She is a licensed CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University.
George Hittner, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President for Governmental Relations: As General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Governmental Relations, George Hittner coordinates ATS’ legal and legislative efforts throughout the United States. He has been involved in politics, civic affairs and the legislative process on the local, state and federal level for nearly two decades. His position in the photo safety solutions industry has provided him with a front row seat to not only ATS’ corporate litigation portfolio, but also to state and national legislative intricacies pertaining to photo enforcement programs. A Texas native, George previously served as the statewide campaign manager for the successful re-election campaign of the former Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice. Additionally, he worked for then-Governor George W. Bush’s 1998 re-election campaign, in the Texas State Legislature, and served as a White House appointee at the United States Department of Labor. Prior to joining the Department of Labor, George was employed in both the litigation and employment law sections in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., a Texas-based national law firm. He is a Texas A&M graduate, obtained his law degree and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. George also earned an AA from Wentworth Military Academy.
Charles Territo, SVP Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs: Charles Territo, ATS Senior Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs, applies his unique understanding of how policy, politics and communications intersect to achieve clients’ goals. Prior to joining ATS, he spent ten years with the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers in Washington, D.C.; he also worked for six years on Capitol Hill as a spokesperson for a member of Congress. In 2013, Charles received Honorable Mention recognition in the Public Affairs Professional of the Year Category in the PR News PR People Awards. Charles earned a BA from the University of Dayton and is a member of both the Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators.
Rose Grande, Chief People Officer: Rose has over 20 years of Human Resource experience. Prior to joining ATS, Rose spent 12 years in the Aviation industry in various leadership roles, including companies such as General Electric, Garrett Aviation, Landmark Aviation and most recently the VP, HR for StandardAero. Rose is responsible for all people related activities at ATS including leadership development, talent development, aligning culture with strategy and developing programs to promote employee commitment. Rose holds a BS in Psychology from City University of NY, Queens College and a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development from City University of NY, Brooklyn College.
