James D. Tuton, President / CEO (co-founder)James has been creating and operating businesses in the road safety camera and electronic toll enforcement industry for more than 25 years. In 1987, he pioneered the road safety camera business in the U.S. James leads the executive team and is focused on driving the Sales, Marketing, Communications and Legislative Affairs departments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College, New York.
Adam E. Tuton, Executive Vice President / President-Public Safety (co-founder) Adam has worked in the road safety camera industry since 1992. His successful track record includes the implementation of programs in 21 states and several foreign countries. Adam, who previously held the COO role from 2003 – 2011, has been a driving force behind much of the technology developed by ATS since inception. He currently leads Strategy, Business Development, Product Management and Human Resources. Adam spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand prior to joining ATS and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
Adam Draizin, Executive Vice President / President-Fleet Services: Adam, who joined ATS in 2004, is responsible for driving business strategy, growth and profitability in the Fleet Services Division. Adam served as ATS’ CFO from 2004 – 2010. Adam is the former CEO of RAD Energy Corporation, a $350 million revenue fuels distributor in metropolitan New York. Adam holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Michael Bolton, Chief Operating Officer: Michael provides extensive expertise in international, federal, state and local government contracting and has proven capabilities in improving business practices within large organizations. Prior to joining ATS, Michael served as the COO in Government Solutions for Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS, now Xerox), where he was responsible for service delivery encompassing over 100 federal, state and local programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Heather Zorge, Chief Financial Officer: Heather has over 14 years international finance, accounting and audit experience. She is the former Chief Accounting Officer for Petroplus Holdings AG, which was listed on the Swiss stock exchange and was Europe’s largest independent refining company generating $28 billion in annual revenues, based in Zug, Switzerland. Prior to working for Petroplus she worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Arizona and Virginia focusing on large SEC audits and Sarbanes Oxley implementation and compliance. She is a licensed CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University.
