Patricia Chiodo as Chief Financial Officer

Tempe, AZ – American Traffic Solutions (ATS) announced that Patricia Chiodo has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Patricia brings with her over 20 years of corporate financial and executive leadership experience.

“Patricia has a proven record of success in helping companies develop and implement business strategies.  Her background and experience will help her play an important role in the future growth plans of the company”, said David Roberts, ATS President and Chief Operating Officer.

Patricia joins ATS after most recently serving as Co-President and CFO at Chandler, AZ based Origami Owl, LLC., a privately held company selling customizable jewelry through a network of independent designers.  Prior to that, she was Chief Financial Officer of RSC Holdings, Inc. a premier provider of rental equipment in North America, servicing the industrial, maintenance and non-residential construction markets with $2.7B of rental equipment.

Patricia currently serves on the Board  of Playworks, a charitable organization that improves self-esteem, test scores and reduces bullying and playground violence through organized play.  She formerly served on the board of Acme Lift Company in Mesa, AZ. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
