Mesa, AZ — American Traffic Solutions (ATS) has announced the appointment of Rebecca Kozloff Collins as General Counsel. Rebecca has more than 15 years of experience as in-house counsel for public and private companies, including a strong background in corporate governance, transactions, employment and labor law, and regulatory compliance.

“Rebecca brings a diverse and extensive range of experience to ATS. Her expertise in providing impactful strategic counsel will be an asset to us as we continue to grow our business,” said David Roberts, ATS President and Chief Operating Officer. “Her skill set is a perfect match for our company.”

Rebecca earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona Law School.  Following 5 years in private practice, her in-house legal career began at Motorola and she has held positions at various companies including General Dynamics, NJOY and Contractor Management Services. Rebecca is a proud recipient of the 2013 American Corporate Counsel Association (Arizona Chapter), In-house Counsel of the Year Award in the Large Public Company Category.
