Operation Give Back

ATS is committed to making a difference through community service and involvement through corporate donations and employee volunteerism.

As a company, ATS provides financial support for a number of national, regional and local charities. ATS also encourages employees to get involved in activities and organizations of their choice. We believe that tapping into this passion and promoting individual participation strengthens our communities.  ATS employees proudly serve on city commissions, non-profit boards, church committees, and invest time in countless volunteer opportunities from coaching youth sports to working at homeless shelters.  We value each opportunity to be a good neighbor.

In 2012, ATS created Operation Give Back, a program designed for ATS employees to make donations to selected charities. These organizations each serve a different audience in need and have missions directly aligned with the goals of ATS.  Each quarter, a new non-profit organization benefits from the funds collectively raised.
